With innovative NIROBOX, the UF pre-treatment, SWRO, and post-treatment equipment are all housed in one forty foot container. No other SWRO system provides a complete membrane-based treatment process in just one box. NIROBOX saves space, conserves energy, and reduces chemical consumption. Produced water meets World Health Organization (WHO) standards. The modular, easy to operate SWRO plant offers convenient monitoring and control through a lightweight Tablet.
Demineralized Water for Industry
Nirosoft has ample experience in designing, manufacturing, and supplying systems for the production of demineralized water for industry. Our proven EDI systems meet stringent industry standards—providing reliable, chemical-free operation and delivering a continuous supply of high quality water up to 18 Mohm /cm (<0.055 µ/cm).
EDI technology eliminates the use of regeneration chemicals, does away with the need for wastewater generation or treatment, delivers consistent high quality permeate, and offers a small footprint. Typical systems include pre-treatment, double-pass reverse osmosis, CO2 removal, and electrodeionization to deliver high quality demineralized water.
Treating and Reusing Industrial Wastewater
Nirosoft designs, manufactures, and supplies advanced multistage plants for the treatment of mining and factory effluents. Treating industrial effluents presents major challenges including remote sites, extreme environmental conditions, significant fluctuations in water quality, and a variety of contaminants.
Each plant requires a tailored wastewater treatment system to ensure the treated effluents meet site-specific conditions and the required quality to allow reuse of the water within the site, irrigation and/or discharge to the environment.
